Notifications depend on permission, browser capability and connectivity; exact delivery is not guaranteed. Offline content must be downloaded while online.

Do not attack the service, overload it through automation, submit harmful content or infringe the rights of others.
Intellectual property
App branding and interface may be protected. Third-party texts, audio and images remain subject to their respective rights and licenses.
Availability and liability
